Walking without equipment.

This is a big deal for Val! This is the first time that Val walked without the use of walker or a cane. It was a very emotional day for her.

    I am in awe of you. You inspire me. I sometimes go for my workout and complain about how hard it is. I see you making such amazing progress in a short amount of time. The determination and fire that you have in the most extreme circumstance inspires me to work a little harder and be a little stronger, like you. All the best!
